What's covered

• Manufacturing or workmanship defects — e.g. delamination, edge-banding failure, warping beyond industry tolerance, or defective finish application — arising under normal domestic use.
• Defects in hardware supplied and fitted by RF Doors.

What's not covered

• Damage from installation not carried out to standard (our doors are supplied for pickup and fitted by you or your installer).
• Water, moisture, heat or steam damage, including from failed seals, leaks, or unsuitable environments.
• Misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow care guidance.
• Normal wear and tear, and minor, natural variation in colour, grain or sheen inherent in decorative and timber-look finishes — reasonable variation is not a defect.
• Products altered, cut, refinished, or repaired by anyone other than RF Doors.
• Doors used outside their intended interior cabinetry purpose.

Making a claim

Contact info@readingfurniture.com.au or (02) 8541 5560 with your order number, a description, and photos. We may inspect the product. Where a valid claim is accepted, RF Doors will, at our option, repair or remake the affected item.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
